Service Technicians
The ideal candidate should be RVTI certified (or equivalent), have a strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, able to document all work performed, and willing to learn new skills. Must provide your own hand tools.
Level 4 (Master)
- Completion of all five designated specialties (electrical, chassis, electronics, appliance, slideout) through vendor trainings and is proficient in troubleshooting and repair of the 7 major systems and components within an RV (propane, electrical, water, appliances, generators, chassis and body)
Level 3 (Specialty)
- Specialty knowledge to perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on interior, exterior, appliances, electrical, and plumbing systems and components
- Level 2 skills
Level 2 (Diagnostic & Repair)
- Diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repairs on components of new and used RV’s (interior, exterior, appliances, electrical, and plumbing; no engine work).
- Level 1 skills
Level 1 (Inspection)
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used RV’s. This includes the interior, exterior, appliances, electrical, and plumbing; but no engine work
- Perform customer walkthroughs to explain how to operate the RV
