When I say we both fell in love with this 2026 Encore Rog 12RK it’s an understatement. To top it off there is absolutely no pressure from anyone, we came back at least 6 times to look at it. I took it to them because another dealer which will remain nameless (on Rt 59 and 103rd St in Naperville) had it tied up for 5 weeks and still didn’t repair it. They also had my same unit for 6 weeks before that for a faulty thermostat. Never going back to them after using Vacationland. I had my repaired unit back in two weeks. Mike in the service department is quite knowledgeable and very helpful. The service department is great and I will only use them in the future and will only purchase my next one from them as well.
